>>>> Last March 7 I purchased 2 items in your store but it took 1 1/2 hr before i got the items. Seriously, nakakadismaya ang process nyo before finally served the items buts thats another story. I just want to share what I have experienced and witness. There is a certain man that lost temper because he doesnt know where he would pay and where's the item he gonna pay when in fact a certain CRISTY APINADO already assisted him. To make story short, that man paid his item and immediately get it without even get his change of 70.00 pesos and the receipt. I was there, paying for the items i have purchased and heard CRISTY APINADO saying "KUNG AYAW MO MAG-ANTAY DE WAG KA BUMILI, GANUN LANG YUN" she talk to MARY CRIS JAVIER (the one who gave me the OR). So, I react telling her that its not the attitude of a salesman.. I told her "mali yun, kung ganyan ang attitude mo mawawalan kayo ng client" and she replied " OKEY LANG, SUMUSWELDO NAMAN KAMI EH". I got mad also to her, saying "hindi mo ba alam na partly lahat ng client nyo is the one who help your company para makasweldo kau? dont ever say that bec. as a sayings goes THE COSTUMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. I ask for the manager, they didnt even know/ sure whats the real name of their manager... and the 70.00 changed of that angry man all i heard is kinukuha xa ng 2boys who is talking to another girl that issue receipt.. Kindly train your salesman on how to improve services on your store. Thank you if you will give me feedback about this.
