2 possibility diyan. 1. May virus ka, 2. May problema ang PC niyo, possibly related sa RAM. Ang first step ninyo is alamin kung 1. or 2.

Kung kaya ninyo maginstall ng antivirus, or subukan ang mga free virus scan katulad ng http://housecall.antivirus.com, subukan niyo.

Kung wala namang virus, malamang yung pangalawang problem. Try niyo muna yung antivirus at isulat niyo dito kung ano nangyari.
