Ok fine I made that title up.
What brought it up though is a global report that can well fit into the 'what we already know' department, entitled 'Women Spend 30% More Time On Social Web Than Men'.
Amongst it's findings:
- 76& of women visit social networking sites vs. 70% of men.
- Although women account for 48% of total unique visitors to social networking sites, they consume 57% of pages and account for nearly 57% of total minutes spent on these sites.
- No matter what region, women are more social than men on the web, especially in Latin America with 94% of females online.
- In the US, 56% of adult women use the 'net to keep in touch with people compared to 46% men.

The primary issue I have with the DOH's latest statement was: 'So what are you gonna do about it'?
