On one hand there's a Congressman who wants the government to stop employees from using Twitter, Facebook, and (in effect) the Internet altogether, stating amazing facts such as:
“The government stands to lose an estimated P103,158,000 every month for electricity expenses alone if all the estimated 900,000 government employees use government computers for at least two hours of unauthorized online social networking activities,”.
On the other hand, the 'Laguna Police Provincial Office' (I got that from their email address: lagunapoliceprovincialoffice@yahoo.com), launched a Facebook page entitled 'Laguna Most Wanted Criminals', which (you guessed it), shows pictures of Laguna's most wanted criminals.





The primary issue I have with the DOH's latest statement was: 'So what are you gonna do about it'?
