Here's What We Think Of Your Penalty and Merry Christmas!

The Smart branch at Robinson's Manila was closed as early as 3pm the other day to the consternation of a few people who crowded around it.

So I decided to check the letter attached on the front door, and:

I love how it basically says 'we're going to have our party, so screw your penalties. Merry Christmas.'
