I bought the Western Digital TV Live Media Player last week! Here's my review. First, here's the box, and its contents.

Checking Out Torque

Torque claims an important distinction from the other so called local mobile manufacturer brands by declaring itself as a 'truly Filipino phone'. The unfortunate thing is I can't really figure out what that statement really means. Mr. Christopher Uyco, CEO (or was it President?) of Torque himself spoke for 30 minutes about their old as well as new lineups, and the press release provides adequate information about these.

Checking Out The Seagate BackUP Plus

I've been very lucky in that I was lent a Seagate BackUp Plus drive to play with the past two weeks. I've been wondering what they were about and was glad to have the opportunity to try it myself.

The drive itself is unremarkable. It's very small and quite handy.

Sony's Vaio Duo 11, First Looks & Impression

The Vaio Duo 11 was officially launched today. It represents Sony's attempt to introduce a new segment in the computing market, the laptop / tablet hybrid that allows you to, you guessed it, use it as a laptop then quickly slide the keyboard under it to use as a tablet when you want to.
